Each morning began with a good Asian breakfast, thoughtfully prepared by the lovely staff who greeted us with warm smiles. The air-conditioned rooms, equipped with free WiFi, provided that much-needed respite from the tropical heat, while the warm showers were a refreshing bonus after a hike through the nearby rice paddies—a family-favorite activity during our stay.
